THE HOLIDAY RENTAL 

PS&M are able to manage all aspects of the holiday let. We will advertise your property on relevant 3rd party holiday sites, manage the diary allowing you to maximise revenue, as well as dealing with any guest enquires. We also manage guest arrival and departure, inspections as well as all change overs. We ensure your guests have a good stay and go away feeling happy and wanting to come again.

THE LONG TERM LET 

If you are wanting to let your apartment for longer lets rather than holiday lets PS&M can assist. We will market your apartment to find suitable tenants, carry out any admin and contract issue as well as maintain open communication with the tenants to step in when needed for repairs. PS&M also carry out inspections to ensure the property is being looked after in a suitable manner.

THE VACANT PROPERTY 

If you will only be visiting your property for certain times of the year PS&M are able to manage your property when you are not there. This will involve regular security checks, airing out the house, post collection, maintenance and preparing the property for your arrival. Leaving you with a security that your property will be a welcome home to return to.

THE RENOVATION 

When moving in you may need to renovate or furnish your property. PS&M offer full interior design, furnishing and construction services through trusted partnerships across Andalucía. Our property concierge service is also on hand when you need trusted services at short notice.
