PS&M Andalucía was created from my own experience of buying and managing property in Southern Spain whilst still living in the UK.
When my family and I bought our home in Andalucía, we actually purchased it without viewing it in person first. Finding Estate Agents willing to carry out proper virtual viewings and provide honest local insight was surprisingly difficult, and once we did begin travelling over with two young children in tow, trying to balance endless property viewings with family time quickly became overwhelming.
After purchasing, the real challenge began.
Coordinating furniture deliveries, measurements, trades, keys and access whilst still based in the UK was far more stressful and time-consuming than we ever expected. We spent months flying backwards and forwards, rushing around IKEA, trying to organise van rentals and relying on near strangers to help receive deliveries — all whilst attempting to manage a renovation and relocation remotely.
What should realistically have taken a few organised weeks ended up taking months.
That experience is exactly why PS&M Andalucía was created.
My goal is to help overseas buyers avoid the stress, wasted trips and overwhelm that so often comes with buying and managing property abroad by providing honest guidance, practical support and trusted on-the-ground assistance throughout the process.
With a background in hospitality, recruitment and property management — alongside my own personal experience relocating to Spain — I understand how important communication, reliability and genuine support are when navigating such a major life move.
