All About Us

PS&M is founded and run by Katherine and Morel. After owning holiday and long term rental properties in the Costa Del Sol for over ten years and then making the move from the UK they realised the need for quality property assistance and so PS&M was founded. 

Katherine and Morel are passionate about property and have taken on renovation and interior styling projects of their own over the years.  This passion and desire to help people find and manage their little slice of heaven is where the attention to detail in everything they do comes from.

Katherine and Morel come from an international background allowing them to  partner easily with their clients. Katherine and Morel speak Spanish, French and English between them and have lived in all three countries.
