PS&M Andalucía provides ongoing local support for overseas property owners across the Costa Del Sol.
Services include keyholding, property checks, access for trades and deliveries, renovation coordination, pre-arrival preparation and assistance with the general upkeep of your property.
Our goal is to help owners feel confident that their property is being looked after while they are away.
How do your fees work?
The property search itself is free, with PS&M receiving a commission share from the introducing Estate Agent upon a successful purchase. This is fully disclosed and does not affect the price you pay for the property.
The only upfront cost is a £99 Area & Property Report, providing tailored area recommendations, price guidance and an initial shortlist based on your requirements. This fee is credited back against any future PS&M service.
Additional purchase support and ongoing property management services are available depending on your needs starting at £75
